My fix for the IE7 crashes…

Since IE7 was crashing on me anywhere from 10-20 times a day, I decided to diagnose via Microsoft’s support site.  4 hours later… the scanning procedure MSFT was performing on my system crashed.
Turns out this was all I needed…
